Learn how to make tasty Chicken Mayo Sandwich at home from our chef Smita Deo on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Chicken & Mayo Sandwich is a quick & easy to make snack where chicken pieces are cooked in garlic and black pepper. Then mixed with mayo, fresh & crunchy lettuce and finally layered on slices of bread. This is a healthy sandwich loved by kids. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />400 gms Boneless Chicken pieces <br />1 tsp Garlic Paste <br />1 tbsp Olive Oil <br />1 tsp Black Pepper <br />3 Lettuce leaves <br />3-4 tbsp Mayo <br />Mustard Sauce <br />Bread Slices <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Add garlic paste and black pepper. Saute for a minute. <br />- Then add cleaned and washed chicken pieces. Mix everything well. <br />- Add salt to taste. Let the chicken cook properly. <br />- Once the chicken is cooked remove it in a bowl allow it to cool down. <br />- Then grind the chicken coarsely. <br />- Add mayo and chopped lettuce to the ground chicken. Mix well. <br />- Cut the edges of the bread slices. <br />- Apply mustard sauce to each bread slice. <br />- Then generously apply the chicken & mayo mixture and spread it. <br />- Put the other slice of the bread on top. Press gently. Cut the sandwich into your desired shape. <br />- Chicken Mayo Sandwich is ready.
